The teaching is a process of imparting knowledge and skills to others through some strategies and methods. All these strategies and methods are entirely meant for teaching in such a way that one gets a thorough understanding of the things. The teaching methods or ways should be such that they are effective and good. The effective ways of teaching are like theoretical, practical and mixed etc. In theoretical approach the methods are taught with theory classes only and no or very less practical work is involved. The other way which is practical is based on practical knowledge and theory concepts are also taught to some extent. The most necessary thing that is needed in teaching is that one must know the strengths and weaknesses of the learners fully. The learners or followers should also be honest when doing so. The teachers should also match their teaching approaches with the ages of the the students so that the efficiency is very good. The teachers must be well prepared for their lectures and for this they may make use of the internet, they may read blogs for this purpose. The other thing that teachers may apply is they experimentation and for this they must have an open mind and should implement new techniques and methods while teaching. They may change their way of teaching at different times. In this you may include digital learning techniques like projectors.

The other techniques may be like using experimentation technique which means that the teachers must collect feedback from students at regular intervals of time. From this they may come to know which method is the most suitable. The effectiveness of the approach can be evaluated by this method. If a certain approach is not showing any results then other approaches may be used and experimented with. The most specific part in this should the tests, if test scores are quite good then that particular approach is good and suitable otherwise is required. The other important thing is that you should not give up any even in the worst case. The teachers should apply new techniques everytime the technique is not working. The technique which fails doesn't mean that it is a sign of failure. Instead one must experiment with other techniques and at least one technique may work at last.

The five steps that may be very effective are:

Audience or student analysis- 

The students or audiences are the beneficiaries of your communication or lecture. So remember that they should be your main source of attention and care. The main things to be kept in mind are the some details about them. You should be familiar with their age, ethnicity, and gender etc. 

The first day, openings and closings-

The first day, openings and closings- the first day should be kept for introduction purposes only. On this day a complete introduction should be made with the students. The other thing should be that your should clearly specify your objectives and targets. You may also ask the students to students to summarize the whole lecture to the class. This will help the students in paying more attention to what is taught in the class. You should tell students to ask students to ask questions in the class and this may in the lecture itself or after the completion of the lecture.

Preparation- 

One must be best at preparation so far as the delivery of the lecture is concerned. You should set objectives for each day so that you may complete the syllabus on stipulated time. Divide the lecture into discrete parts and give small intervals in between. The will give some relaxation to the minds of the students.

Delivery- 

The delivery part is the most important thing in the teaching approach and should be as effective as possible. The approach should be natural which means speak naturally and be conversational and repeat critical points again and again. 

Credibility and Commitment: Credibility is enhanced by sense of comfort and confidence while presenting the material. By enthusiasm and interest in teaching. And also by your research and own ideas. Commitment is enhanced by relating your own experiences and ideas.

Building Interaction-

Work in such a way that everyone in the class is involved in the lecture.
